Vialex is delighted to have advised the partners of Stuart & Stuart in the merger of its practice with Thorntons Solicitors, which took effect on 1 April.
The merger is formed from two of Scotland’s oldest legal firms, both of which trace their roots back to the nineteenth century, and the new, expanded business will be Scotland’s fourth biggest with 564 staff, of which 71 are partners.
