I work with the Vialex Legal Counsel Service team, providing general commercial legal advice to our clients.  My focus is on commercial contracts which leads me to encounter a wide range of legal issues including general contract law, IP, outsourcing, software licensing, Data Protection and TUPE.

Having spent my career as an in-house lawyer, I thoroughly enjoy working hand in hand with businesses to help deliver their commercial objectives, concentrating on providing tailored, pragmatic advice to help our clients assess the risks which will ultimately underpin their business decisions.
