I am a senior legal director of our Transaction Services and Head of Debt Funding.

I advise on all aspects of the corporate life cycle, from acting on startups, to funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions, sales, and reorganisations. I have a particular focus on advising borrowers and lenders on acquisition funding and debt/equity restructurings.

I most enjoy providing strategic and operational advice, distilling practical solutions from black letter law, bearing in mind the competing and sometimes conflicting needs of a business. That requires an enquiring mind to properly understand the client’s objectives and for me, that is first and foremost.
