As a member of the Vialex Legal Counsel Service team, I advise on a wide range of commercial matters. These include terms and conditions, international distribution arrangements, marketing, and PR contracts as well as any other general legal enquiries that may come across my desk.

Providing such varied advice means that I need to have a good understanding of our clients’ businesses and ultimate goals to ensure that the advice I provide is both practical and tailored to their needs. Having previously worked in-house, I also appreciate the requirement for managing legal risk in a commercial environment.

The best part of my job is working closely with our clients and being (a valued – I hope) part of their team. No two days are the same and I always look forward to finding out where each day will take me and what challenges it will bring.
