I am a member of the Legal Counsel Service team, providing general commercial legal advice to our clients on a wide range of issues. I am an intellectual property and contract law specialist, but I also advise on many other matters, from advertising and marketing laws to software supply and development and from agency, distribution, and logistics to data protection and privacy.
Our Legal Counsel Service allows me to get to know the commercial strategy and business environment underpinning the day-to-day operation of our clients’ business, and so I am able to give advice or deal with issues in context. That support will always focus on pragmatic solutions.
