Steven has specialised in pensions law for more than 25 years. He has a particular interest in SSAS & SIPP and their use in the work place, but also advises in relation to occupational pensions schemes, including defined benefit schemes.

He provides expert advice in contentious and non-contentious matters, to all participants in the pensions industry, including trustees, employers and trade unions, and he also advises and supports other professionals who may not have the depth and breadth of pensions law they feel they need.

Since 2014 Steven has also been advising on immigration law, assisting businesses looking to employ non-UK workers under the Skilled Worker and other visa routes, and assisting with applications for settlement or citizenship.
