Katie Corrigan, Head of Real Estate for Vialex, acted for Cefetra in the grain store acquisitions which represent a significant investment for the company.
Cefetra’s network of some 40 storage sites across the UK and Ireland provides in excess of 1 million tonnes of storage capacity, and some 600 lorry loads each day dispatch around 90,000 tonnes of raw materials to the company’s industry partners every week.
The new grain handling, processing and storage facilities provide Cefetra with the infrastructure required to operate in key grain production areas of Scotland, to work with and support farmers, and supply key customers across Scotland and the North of England.
