As a member of the Vialex Legal Counsel Service Team that provides an in-house legal function to a number of organisations, I advise on a wide range of commercial matters. These include terms and conditions, international distribution arrangements, marketing and PR contracts as well as any other legal query that may come across my desk during the course of the day.

Providing such varied advice means that I need to have a good understanding of our clients’ businesses and ultimate goals to ensure that the advice I provide is both practical and tailored to their needs. Having previously worked in-house, I also appreciate the requirement for managing legal risk in a commercial environment.

The best part of my job is working closely with our clients and being (a valued – I hope) part of their team. No two days are the same and I always look forward to finding out where each day will take me and what challenges it will bring.
