I am a commercial, strategically minded corporate lawyer and non-exec director, with three decades of business experience delivering tangible results, and with a broad appreciation of the risks and issues facing businesses.

I have worked both within law firms advising business and within business, holding senior roles in law firms and as an in-house lawyer at top wealth management and platform businesses.

I have earned key specialist knowledge of financial services and its regulation from working in depth on product and service creation and closure, supply chain management, business change, and operational delivery.

Over the years I have had first hand experience of providing solutions to, and making clear practical recommendations on avoiding, managing and recovering from, difficult situations.

Prior to joining Vialex I was an owner manager at a boutique law firm focused on FinTech within financial services. From that I have developed an understanding of the need for sustainable investment.
