I’m an experienced corporate and banking lawyer and work as part of the Vialex Transaction Services Team. Having previously specialised in transactional banking work, I now have a broader role which also encompasses general corporate, M&A and private equity transactions.  I enjoy providing clear, pragmatic and client focused commercial advice and am always keen to find solutions for clients that work for them and for their businesses. I enjoy building up a relationship with a client over the course of a transaction and am always approachable.

In my spare time I teach on the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Edinburgh University, where I am a tutor on both the banking and corporate finance electives.
