£Competitive Consultancy Terms

We are looking for able corporate lawyers to support our busy and growing transaction services business.

Vialex is a unique legal services business with a new approach to corporate and commercial work. As well as corporate transactional work, we offer legal counsel services which provide our corporate and commercial clients with readily accessible and commercially focussed advice delivered in the style of an in-house lawyer.

We have a bank of legal advisers who provide support to our legal counsel services team on a freelance consultancy basis, and we are now seeking to create a similar bank of legal advisers to provide support to our transaction services business.  Candidates should have strong corporate experience,  in shares and  asset purchase transactions,  equity arrangements (including joint ventures), and share option arrangements.

Working remotely, but fully integrated into our secure systems, and with access to our office and research facilities when needed, you will assist with drafting,  review and negotiation of transaction documentation, disclosure exercises and advisory work on day-to-day corporate legal issues. The work may be project specific or longer term, or perhaps limited to specific times of the year.  You will not be tied to working exclusively for us and you will always have the option to take on a specific piece of work or not. These roles would suit individuals who need to balance work with family or other commitments. We will give you access to our training programme to assist you with your CPD. We have a friendly, collegiate and team-oriented work environment.

Real opportunities exist to develop and further your career on terms which suit you better, working with a growing business rapidly gaining market share. Visit our website at
